Both the American Philatelic Research Library and the Department of Circuit Sales are eager and excited to announce our plans to re-open both departments for visitation by APS members. As previously announced on the website, with appointments starting the week of April 5th, members can now reserve days and times to visit and use the services of the Library and Circuit Sales. The APS will be following the COVID-19 protocols as currently mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health and recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The APS remains committed to the health and safety of both our members and the APS staff. With the approval of three different vaccines and a decline in positive test cases, we are now delighted to offer members the opportunity to schedule visits to the American Philatelic Center (APC) during this initial phase of re-opening.
