APS Renovations - Phase Three 2005

2005 – Phase 3 renovates two additional buildings creating our educational and seminar space allowing us to host events such as our annual Summer Seminar and the Postal History Symposium. This space is also used extensively for community events such as the Jazz Festival, Bellefonte Victorian Christmas, wedding receptions and class reunions generating a little income.

APS Renovations - Phase Four 2007-2008

2007/2008 – Phase 4 consists of renovation of four more buildings and an additional roof. This provides space for one of our tenants to expand their space and facilities to house the Headsville, West Virginia post office on loan from the Smithsonian Institution which allows us to have a contract post office and cancel our own mail.

APS Renovations - Phase Five 2010/2011

2010/2011 – Phase 5 renovates 7,200 square feet for our largest tenant to date and provides new roofs and structural support at the first step to moving the Library into its planned final home in the complex. This phase also provides infrastructure necessary to allow the remaining space to be leased to additional tenants.
