Clearance Circuits
With people having more time to devote to their stamp collections, now is a good time to start a new collecting area, and clearance circuits are one of the best ways to get started. But what is a clearance circuit? These are circuit books that have been circulated and retired to the seller. The seller then reduces the price of each book with a percentage of their choice and resubmits them to Circuit Sales to be sold at a reduced price on a whole book basis. No single item purchases are allowed. If you decide to purchase a book just keep it and submit your payment.

Many members who use the clearance circuit program have purchased whole books and filled many gaps in their own collections at a reduced price. If you don’t want everything in the book, take your cue from our regular clearance circuit customers and mount the items you don’t need in books to submit for sale circuits, or sell them through American Philatelic Society (APS) StampStore.
If you are thinking of starting a new collecting area and are interested in trying out clearance circuits, visit https://classic.stamps.org/Clearance-Request. During the month of May, the 5% buyers fee will be waived for any clearance circuit purchase over $100, usually $200.
